We hope you have a pleasant experience with your purchases, as we are committed to offering our customers the finest products available. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Note:
We will not accept cancellation of custom orders, all products once sold are the final transaction, non-quality issues are not accepted for return. If you need to modify the size, delivery address or any other information, please contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the order can be modified. Please check all the information carefully when placing your order. Thank you for supporting our small business~
RETURNS
- Returns are allowed up to 30 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered.
- You will need to bear the shipping cost for the return and exchange of non-quality problems
- Discounted items are not accepted for return
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Non-customized products
- Within 30 days from the date the currier marks the package as delivered.
- In unused, unworn, unwashed, and re-sellable condition.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Send an email to our after-sales team or message us on Instgram.
- Please provide us with your Order number and full name that you used to place your order.
- Give a brief explanation for the product(s) you would like to return.
- After we reach an agreement with you, we will provide you with a paid return shipping label (If the return is due to your personal reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs).
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS / WRONG ITEMS
- We do our best to make sure your orders are well packaged and securely sealed. If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us trough our contact page with a photo of defective item within 14 days. We will provide you with a full refund or arrange a free replacement.
- Please note that different batches of clothes may have different ingredients or slight color differences, because certain styles are sometimes out of stock, we may need to purchase from different suppliers, this is not a quality issue.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Please note that custom products cannot be cancelled, as our painters and designers will begin work and purchase the raw materials needed for production as soon as we receive your order.
- For non-custom orders we can make changes or cancellations if your order has not yet been fulfilled.
PROCESSING OF RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
- We will process your return&refund request within 48 working hours. Refunds will be returned to a bank account via the original method of payment within 2-3 working days of approval
LOST / MISSING ITEMS
- If the package is lost in transit, we will offer full refunds or a free replacement for you.
- Please Note, we are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- After the carrier has declared the package delivered, we will no longer accept refund requests on the grounds that the item was not received.
